Getting Started with ClubTrack
ClubTrack is your club's online workspace for membership records, participation tracking, renewals, documents, communications, and other club operations.
The screens available to you depend on your role and on the features your club has enabled.
Signing in
- Open your club's ClubTrack website.
- Enter your member number or email address.
- Enter your password.
- Select Remember me only on a device you trust.
- Select Login.
If your club requires an additional verification step, ClubTrack will ask you to enter a 6-digit verification code sent to your email address. You can request a new code if the first one does not arrive.
If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot password? from the login screen.
Workspaces
ClubTrack separates common tasks into workspaces.
Member Workspace
Available to members and administrators. This is where you manage your own membership account, including:
- profile and licence details
- invoices and renewal status
- password and kiosk PIN
- linked junior members
- participation records
- personal firearms
- membership card, when enabled
- documents, when enabled
- newsletters, when enabled
Admin Workspace
Available to administrators. Range officers have access to selected operational screens.
The Admin Workspace can include:
- Member Directory
- Participation Queue
- Firearm Registry
- Renewals & Financials
- Attendance Export
- Participation Compliance
- Audit Logs
- Newsletters
- Club Settings
- Kiosk Launch
- optional AssetTrack features
NORI Workspace
This workspace only appears when the NORI add-on is enabled and your account has permission to access it.
Navigation
ClubTrack groups navigation by task. Depending on your account, you may also see a workspace switcher for moving between Member, Admin, and NORI workspaces.
Some navigation items are hidden when a club has disabled the related feature. For example, Membership Card, Documents, Newsletters, AssetTrack, or NORI may not appear for every club.
Your dashboard
The Member Dashboard highlights the things most likely to need your attention. These can include:
- incomplete contact details
- missing licence information or expiry dates
- a kiosk PIN that has not been set
- pending membership-change requests
- recent club notices
- participation history and annual participation progress
Use the dashboard as your starting point whenever you are unsure what needs attention.
If something looks wrong
If your role, member number, club, or available menu items look incorrect, first log out and sign in again. If the problem remains, contact your club administrator and provide:
- your member number
- the page you were trying to use
- what you expected to see
- any error message shown on screen
Do not send your password or kiosk PIN to support.
